No longer store passwords to the TurtolCMS in plain text, instead use md5. If a login occurs and the password is not encoded, encode it, save, and then log the user in. This will allow un-encoded passwords to be updated properly. |

Make all changes and complete testing to allow sites to be edited in Internet Explorer. Not sure how long this ticket will take, it might be a while... Once this is completed, remember to remove the warning message on the login page describing that only firefox is supported. |

Hook the GenerateResources? call in setup.py to emit "compressed" JS and CSS rather than the original verbatim. This should reduce our install size, and how much we send to the browser, too. UPDATE: Instead of compressing all files, we will only compress files with an indicator, such as the first line being a comment "tcms compress." This will allow files to be compressed as needed and for any "externa" resource files (prototype, tinyMCE, etc.) to use their pre-built compressed versions. |
