Implementation of User Administration and User levels. User can log in and change levels at any point. Different levels will have access do different functionality on the site

Replying to rvaladez:

Levels will be:

  • 0 --- anonymous/not-logged-in
  • 1 --- non-privileged logged-in user (the base case)
  • 2-9 --- application-defined levels, not currently in use
  • 10 --- "Preview mode" visitor may see draft-mode items, and the full site when in maintenance
  • 11 --- "Manage mode" visitor may use asset-management tools (new events, catalog items, etc) PLUS preview; we render the admin stuff, w/o toolbar
  • 12 --- "Edit mode" is the same as our current "Admin Mode"
