Allow params to be cleared for widgets

Description

Currently params are unable to be saved empty, so for instance:

1. Edit a Meta widget,enter some value in params, and click Save 2. Edit the widget again, this time clear out params and click Save 3. Edit the widget again, the params field reverts back to the value from step 1
