Minor Page Validation Bug

Description

Validation works perfectly for widgets but not for Pages. Edit a page and click Save with the URL field blank. The server side alert is displayed, when the client side validation should prevent this call (since the current pane displays an error under the problematic field). Try the same with a Widget and an alert is not displayed.
